Before you begin
Get your mailbox details.
Have your full department email address and mailbox password ready. Ask the department's email administrator which provider or account type to select. If manual setup is needed, get the incoming and outgoing server names, ports, and security settings from the administrator.
Use settings for the department's current email host. The webmail address alone does not identify the server settings your phone needs.
